W. K. McMillan Confederate Veteran, June, 1929.   W.K. McMILLAN, who served with the Spartan Rangers of South Carolina, as a teamster during the War Between the States, is now trying to get a pension and will appreciate hearing from any old comrades who can testify to his service.
