Memorandm Mr Nathaniell Snow Chirurgeon (Surgeon) Thomas Bosier William Weston Planters & Margarett Haynes Spinister all of Berkly County were at ye request of Mr Robert Wetherick late of New England then of Sommerton in ye County afores.d Called in ye room where said Wetherick lay at ye house of said Snow to hear ye said Wethericks last Will & Testam:t which he ye said Wetherick did declare & publish in ye presence of all us in ye Following Words Vizt That he ye said Wetherick did give all he had in ye World (after his Debts paid which particularly he named to be oweing to Mr Lewis Pasquereau about fourty shill & to Mr James DuBosce an uncertain Sum & ye said Nathaniel Snow his Charges for burying of him is medicines Trouble dyett Skill & Time & ye said Margarett ten shill.) To his Wife Except his Wareing apparel which he gave between her two Sons & his Shooe buckles to her Eldest Son, And that he desired ye said Snow to bury him decently as he should think Convenient in his ye said - - Snows Plantation within ye Fence thereof, And that this was done by ye said Wetherick then in his Sound & perfect Senses on Thursday morning last about Four a Clock being ye fifth day of Inst.t September in hearing of us whose names are under written
