Pompion Hill Chapel

Pompion Hill Chapel was erected in 1703 on the east side of the Eastern Branch of the Cooper River. The church was built mainly through the efforts of Sir Nathaniel Johnson. Pompion Hilla Chapel was the Chapel of Ease to St. Thomas and St. Denis. The brick building was built in 1763.
