Barnwell Baptist Church

The Cemetery for the Barnwell Baptist Church is located in downtown Barnwell about 2 blocks from the County Courthouse. This cemetery has also been referred to as Red Hill Cemetery. This srurvey was conducted on December 29, 1997 by: Lem Lancaster. "Memorial" This memorial erected by the churches of the Barnwell Baptist Association  and sponsored by the Associational W.M.U. convention. In loving memory of Rev. J. Lewis Shuck, first Southern Baptist missionary to China Unveiled January 25, 1940
